An academician friend told me that there are five organizations that sprang up in the late 18th. and early 19th. centuries that make spurious claims of decent from the Templars. I can only remember the Masons and one other that he mentioned (he said that only their capacity for drinking and wenching was a Templar tradition). I only remember on other organization that he named. Do you know what the 5 groups are? Asked by Owen Newitt's duck - Tue Sep 8 22:18:45 2009 - - 5 Answers - 1 Comments A. Q. Obviously for all that gear to have on spot of winning, sports organizations would have had to of made up gear for both teams, now what do they do with the stuff of the losing teams? (gear= hats, shirts, coats, wine ETC!) (obviously they wouldn't be wearing a championship hat with their logo on it.) Do they burn it?
